- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary (finely chopped)
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme (finely chopped)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and pat the chicken thighs dry.
- Season both sides of the chicken with salt and pepper, then sprinkle with rosemary and thyme.
- Melt the butter in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat, allowing it to brown slightly.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook until fragrant and golden, about 1 to 2 minutes.
- Carefully add the chicken thighs, skin-side down, and sear for about 5 minutes until crispy.
- Turn the chicken over and spoon garlic butter sauce over the top.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and roast for about 25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Remove the skillet from the oven and let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
