Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, along with the vanilla extract.
- Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Fold this dry mixture into the wet ingredients.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for about 5 minutes on the baking sheet.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Dip the tip of each cookie into the melted chocolate and place a candy corn piece on top.
- Drizzle extra chocolate over the cookie and add sprinkles if desired.
