- 4–6 ounces of cooked turkey breast, shredded or sliced
- 2 tablespoons of cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- 1–2 tablespoons of mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a healthier option)
- Lettuce leaves (such as romaine or spinach)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Sliced avocado for added creaminess
- Optional: Cheese (like Swiss or cheddar) for a rich flavor

Instructions
- Start by spreading mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer the turkey evenly over one slice of bread.
- Spread the cranberry sauce over the turkey.
- Add a few lettuce leaves on top.
- Complete your sandwich by placing the second slice of bread on top.
- If desired, cut the sandwich diagonally into halves or quarters for easier handling.
Notes
For a healthier option, consider swapping mayonnaise for avocado or hummus. Use gluten-free bread to accommodate dietary restrictions.
