- 1 pound of beef (thinly sliced ribeye or sirloin)
- 2 cups of bell peppers (sliced)
- 1 cup of onion (sliced)
- 4 cups of cooked pasta (like ziti or penne)
- 2 cups of shredded provolone cheese
- 1 cup of beef broth
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon of black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon of paprika
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil (for sautéing)
- Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté onions and bell peppers until tender.
- Brown the beef in another skillet over medium-high heat, seasoning with garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and paprika.
- Combine sautéed onions and peppers with cooked pasta, seasoned beef, and beef broth in a mixing bowl.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and top with shredded provolone cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
