Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Clean your mushrooms with a damp cloth.
- Toss cleaned mushrooms with melted butter, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Spread the seasoned mushrooms in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast the mushrooms for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Melt more butter in a medium skillet over medium heat until browned and fragrant.
- Add the roasted mushrooms, minced garlic, and thyme to the skillet, and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- Taste and adjust seasoning, squeezing lemon juice for brightness if desired.
