Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix together the blueberries, lemon juice, granulated sugar, and cornstarch in a medium bowl.
  3. Transfer the blueberry mixture into a greased 8×8-inch baking dish.
  4. Mix together the rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt in another bowl.
  5. Pour in the melted butter and stir until crumbly.
  6. Sprinkle the oat mixture over the blueberry filling.
