A quick and flavorful one-pot meal featuring teriyaki sauce, vibrant vegetables, and noodles cooked to perfection.
Ingredients

- 8 ounces of ramen noodles (or your preferred noodles)
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil (or sesame oil)
- 1 cup of sliced bell peppers (red, yellow, or green)
- 1 cup of broccoli florets
- 1 large carrot, julienned
- 3 green onions, chopped
- ¼ cup of soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
- 2 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon of minced ginger (fresh)
- Optional toppings: sesame seeds, chopped cilantro, or sliced jalapeños
- Optional protein: diced chicken, beef, shrimp, or tofu
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced bell peppers, broccoli florets, and julienned carrots; sauté for around 3-4 minutes.
- Toss in the minced garlic and ginger, stirring for another minute until fragrant.
- Add the noodles into the pot.
- Pour in the soy sauce and teriyaki sauce, stirring everything together gently.
- Stir in any optional protein you’ve chosen, letting it cook through.
- Fold in the chopped green onions, reserving a sprinkle for garnish.
- Taste and adjust as necessary.
Notes
Feel free to swap out vegetables based on availability; frozen vegetables can also be utilized.
