Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- Combine vegetable oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Rub the mixture thoroughly over the chicken thighs.
- Place the chicken thighs skin-side down on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes.
- Flip the chicken thighs over, brush with BBQ sauce, and close the grill lid.
- Cook for another 10-15 minutes, basting with BBQ sauce every few minutes.
- Check the internal temperature; it should reach 165°F for safety.
- Remove the thighs from the grill and let them rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
