- 1 packet of taco seasoning
- 1 cup of salsa
- Diced onions or bell peppers (optional)

Instructions
- Start by placing your chicken breasts snugly in the bottom of your crock pot.
- Sprinkle the taco seasoning evenly over the chicken.
- Pour the salsa over the seasoned chicken.
- Cover the crock pot, set it on low, and let it cook for 6-8 hours.
- Once your cooking time is up, open the lid and shred the chicken directly in the pot.
- Stir everything together so that the meat absorbs the salsa and seasoning.
- Serve your taco meat warm with your favorite taco shells or over rice.
