- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)
- 1/4 cup hot honey
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk together the hot honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the baking sheet and brush them with the hot honey marinade.
- Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes, looking for an internal temperature of 145°F (62°C).
- Let the salmon rest for a few minutes, then garnish with parsley and serve with lemon.
Notes
For a gluten-free version, use tamari instead of soy sauce. Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
