Ingredients

- 2 cups water or milk of choice
- 1 banana, mashed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Green food coloring
- Edible googly eyes (or chocolate chips)
- 4 slices of whole grain bread
- 1/2 cup cream cheese (or vegan cream cheese)
- Sliced strawberries
- Raisins or blueberries
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 banana
- 1 cup almond milk (or any milk substitute)
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter (optional)
- 1 tablespoon honey (or maple syrup)
- 1 cup pancake mix
- 1 egg (or flax egg for vegan)
- 1 cup milk of choice
- Chocolate syrup or fruit toppings
- Candy spiders or gummy worms for decoration
Instructions
- Combine the rolled oats and water or milk in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce heat to a simmer. Stir in the mashed banana, cinnamon, and a few drops of green food coloring.
- Toast the slices of bread until golden brown, then spread cream cheese on each piece. Use strawberries for ghost mouths and place raisins or blueberries as eyes.
- Blend the spinach, banana, almond milk, and peanut butter until smooth. Pour into glasses and add edible googly eyes on top.
- Mix the pancake mix with the egg and milk, then heat a skillet over medium heat. Pour in batter and cook until bubbles form, then flip to brown both sides. Decorate with chocolate syrup and candy creatures.
