Instructions
- Season your salmon fillets with salt and pepper to taste.
- Heat the olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet.
- Place the salmon fillets in the skillet, skin-side down, and sear for about 4-5 minutes.
- Flip the salmon and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes.
- Transfer the cooked fillets to a plate and keep warm.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds.
- Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine.
- Let the mixture simmer for a few minutes until slightly thickened.
- Stir in the lemon juice and red pepper flakes.
- Return the salmon to the skillet and spoon the creamy sauce over the fillets.
- Cook for another minute, then garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
