Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side.
- Remove the chicken and set aside; sauté onion and garlic in the same skillet for 2-3 minutes.
