Description

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
  • 2 cups stuffing mix
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix together the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, mixed vegetables, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Prepare your stuffing mix according to the package instructions.
  4. Fold the stuffing mix into the chicken mixture gently.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
  7. Let the casserole sit for about 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Feel free to use turkey instead of chicken or vegetable broth for a vegetarian option. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
