Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Lay the flatbread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Drizzle olive oil evenly over the surface.
  4. Scatter the crumbled blue cheese over the flatbread.
  5. Distribute the halved cherries evenly over the cheese.
  6. Pop it in the oven and bake for about 10 minutes.
  7. Once out of the oven, sprinkle fresh arugula on top.
  8. Finish with a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
  9. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to enhance flavors.
