Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
  • 1/2 cup seeds (chia, pumpkin, or sunflower)
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil or olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon or vanilla extract
  • 1 cup dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, or apricots)
  • Optional: 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips or coconut flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the oats, nuts, and seeds in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Whisk together your sweetener and oil in a separate bowl, adding spices before mixing everything into the dry ingredients.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly across the baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Cool completely on the baking sheet to form clusters.
  7. Stir in dried fruit or chocolate chips after cooling and store in an airtight container.
