- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ cup ketchup (plus extra for topping)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with onion, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- If adding cheese, fold that into the mixture gently.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Top your meatloaf with a layer of ketchup.
- Place the meatloaf in the oven and bake for about 60 minutes.
- Once cooked, let it rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.
