Description

Indulge in luxurious buttery baked lobster tails that are easy to prepare and sure to impress your guests.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large lobster tails, thawed if frozen
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Carefully use kitchen scissors to cut down the center of each lobster shell, stopping just before you reach the tail end. Gently pull the lobster meat upwards, letting it rest atop the shell.
  2. Combine the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Mix well.
  3. Brush a generous amount of the butter mixture over the lobster meat.
  4. Place the lobster tails on a baking dish and pour any leftover butter mixture over the lobsters.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 18 minutes, until the meat is opaque and slightly firm.
  6. Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley over the lobster tails.
  7. Serve with lemon wedges on the side for squeezing over the top.

Notes

For a dairy-free version, use ghee or a plant-based butter substitute. Garlic powder can replace fresh garlic if necessary.
