- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for grilling)
Instructions
- Combine the ground beef, finely grated onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, mint, and all spices in a large bowl.
- Mix everything using your hands until just blended, being careful not to overwork the meat.
- Shape the mixture into elongated patties, about 4-5 inches long.
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat and brush with olive oil.
- Place the kebabs on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until nicely browned and cooked through.
- Remove the kebabs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes to retain juiciness.
