Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Gather your strawberries and rinse them under cool water. Hull and halve them, then place in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Whisk together the balsamic vinegar, honey or maple syrup, and olive oil in a small bowl.
  4. Pour the balsamic mixture over the strawberries and gently toss to coat.
  5. Transfer the coated strawberries to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer.
  6. Roast the strawberries in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
  7. Remove the strawberries from the oven and let them cool slightly.
