- 2 fillets of fresh salmon (6–8 ounces each)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon fresh or dried thyme
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Lemon wedges, for serving
- Fresh herbs (like parsley or dill), for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
- Pat the fillets dry with paper towels.
- Mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, smoked paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Brush this mixture generously over the salmon fillets.
- Place the seasoned salmon fillets in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry the salmon for 10-12 minutes, checking for doneness at 10 minutes.
- Remove the salmon from the air fryer and let it rest for a couple of minutes.
- Serve with lemon wedges and garnish with fresh herbs.
Notes
Allow at least 10 minutes for marination. Store leftover salmon in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
