- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs (or chicken breast)
- 3/4 cup orange marmalade
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
Instructions
- Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Add vegetable oil to a skillet and warm over medium-high heat. Toss in the chicken pieces and cook until golden brown and fully cooked, about 7 to 10 minutes.
- Mix together the orange marmalade and soy sauce in a bowl.
- Pour the orange marmalade mixture over the chicken in the skillet and stir to coat. Simmer for about 5 to 7 minutes until the sauce is thick and sticky.
- Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds and sliced green onions if desired.
Notes
For a healthier version, use fresh orange juice or chili flakes for added heat. You can also substitute chicken with tofu or beef.
